First US5 album with the new line-up

The new US5 album "IN CONTROL RELOADED" will be released on 14 December 2007.
Alongside the "old" songs that have been re-recorded with Vince singing lead, the album also contains a number of new tracks.

Mikel left the band in October to pursue a solo career, and was replaced by the curly-headed Vincent Tomas ("Vince") from Los Angeles, California, who had performed his way into the band ahead of 2,000 hopefuls in a series of castings in the USA. He sang his way into the hearts of the jury with a rendition of "What goes around…Comes around" from his idol Justin Timberlake, and by November he was exciting the US5 fans on tour with his amazing voice and talent as an entertainer.

Tickets for Hansi Hinterseer's two open-air concerts on 22 and 23 August 2008 in the Kitzbühel Tennis Stadium were sold out in record time: 23 minutes.

Hansi Hinterseer was very happy to hear about the enthusiasm of his fans and friends, but regrets that many others didn't manage to get tickets.

His concerts in Kitzbühel fill the Tennis Stadium for two days every year with a total of 10,000 people. Fan clubs from all over Europe and the USA come to see their star perform. The hotel stays that the concerts generate are the biggest summer tourist event in the region.

The GOLDENE STIMMGABEL 2007 award for Hansi Hinterseer

On 22 September 2007, Hansi Hinterseer was awarded the Goldene Stimmgabel as the "Most Successful Folk Music Soloist" for the 9th time.

The GOLDENE STIMMGABEL is the most coveted award in the German entertainment industry, with the winners being selected, not by a jury, but on the basis of the number of albums sold.

Alongside Hansi Hinterseer, other artists were honoured such as Andrea Berg in the category "German Pop", Semino Rossi as "Most Successful German Pop Soloist", LaFee as "Shooting Star of the Year" and Tokio Hotel in the category "Most Successful Pop Group - International".

The German state television channel ZDF will be broadcasting the awards ceremony on 3 October 2007 from 9.15 pm.

Goldene Kamera award for Oliver Kahn for the best celebrity TV commercial 2006

On February 1st, Oliver Kahn was awarded the Goldene Kamera 2007 for the TV advertisement "Auf der Bank ist’s doch am schönsten” (The bench is the best place to be). The jury's decision was a reward for his courage and sense of humour after his surprise demotion to reserve German goalie shortly before the 2006 FIFA World Cup. This popular and now award-winning commercial was developed and produced by the advertising agency KemperTrautmann and Oliver Kahn's management, Playce AG, for Paulaner, Bavaria's largest brewery.
